I'm glad we are now shaking up the roster when we're down a Top 10 NBA player
Most of people commenting have been saying this for a month, and correctly so. The fanboys pretend that Tatum being out is the only issue, but those who really watch and understand the game know this team is short 1-2 guys.

Amazing Simmons has 9 points. I do always expect more from him, and I say that as someone who generally likes him

I agree. We’ve been short a player all season. First we were short Kemba. Now we are short Tatum.

For a good team, the C's really struggle with late-game execution.

I mean, with injuries and COVID they haven't had the whole team on the floor for a single game this year. They very well may be a guy short, but to suggest you "know" this when the starting five haven't taken the floor together once is a bit premature...

3 mistakes by Marcus in a row... that may end the comeback.
On the bright? side, cleve beats brooklyn by 12
The more the Cavs win, the less likely they're going to give up Larry Nance Jr. , whom I'd love to see in Boston.

How about that "foul" on Theis? Even Doris Burke admitted it was a dubious call.

Yeah, that was another terrible call. Embiid is not a top5 player, but he gets top 3 calls for sure

Scal is awful. That’s not a foul.
I think Scal's point was less "that's definitely a foul" and more that the offensive player will almost always get the call in that scenario. Theis didn't leave his feet, but he went up on his toes and moved towards Embiid.

Why does Simmons' defender ever go past the FT line? Just ignore any movements outside the 3-point line and picket fence the guy.

Not really. Embid created the contact. I just find it annoying when he tries to justify the lopsided officiating towards the Embids of the world.

Imagine being 300 pounds and acting like you’ve been shot anytime a guy 80 pounds lighter breathes on you.

If anyone thinks for a second that Danny secured the largest TPE ever and has no plans to use it has no fukn clue what they are talking about.

Danny will add talent by the trade deadline when some teams will be selling. He isn't going to use it now when there are washed up G-Leaguers or ancient fossils on the market.

Once the playoffs come around, and rotations shorten, teams with the better players at the top of their rotation will win.

You don't put the Sixers in that group? I can't stand Embiid's antics and the calls he gets, but Philly has a real coach and a nice roster.

The 2nd game where Embiid did whatever the heck he wanted to do. Kanter did a better job on holding his position on Joel then TT.

Imagine if Philly had drafted Mikal Bridges instead of making that trade for Zhaire Smith? They would be much more dangerous

Their two stars hadn’t been able to get it done in the playoffs so far in their careers. With Doc, and with a roster with some shooting, they probably will be better.
