Trying to figure out who's playing tonight for the Hawks, I came across this "preview" from the corpse of Sports Illustrated. I'm assuming it's written by AI. At least I hope Rohan Ramen isn't a real person. If they are a real person, they may have had a seizure while writing the piece. Someone should call for a wellness check. Field Level Media, on the other hand, seems to have created a real piece, but they don't sign it, so maybe they edit AI pieces?
The short story is that it's completely unclear whether Trae Young, Jalen Johnson, De'Andre Hunter, or Larry Nance Jr. will play or not. We'll find out!
Regardless, this is a bit of a prove it game for the Cs. Magic shot like ass last night (with some credit to Cs perimeter defense). If they had just shot 33% from three, it's maybe a close ballgame. Are the Cs really back on track? The Hawks play them tough. And it's a back-to-back, with the Hawks not having played since Wednesday. Will Horford or Porzingis play? Maybe Luke and Queta have it on lock?
All those questions and more to be answered at 7p tonight on NBC Sports Boston. For me, anyway.
