    Who says McVay isn’t also a ceo type? If he’s replacing coaches successfully that would seem to indicate he’s built a good culture, is a good leader, can pick talent, knows where to get involved…you know, a good ceo.

    At this one… I have to say, the 2019 renovations were really well done. Td has become a nice arena. The common areas are really well executed. Tons of drinks, relatively good food, wood floors…credit where due

    This is a good point. If there is some concern about the “collaboration” thing going too far (as per Bruschi’s comments), I think Vrabel brings a stronger, more experienced voice than a first time coach like Johnson likely could

    My issue with Johnson is that we have no idea how he will be in terms of building a culture/identity and driving accountability. Vrabel checks those boxes, and they sorely need that stuff going forward during this rebuild.
