    Patriots trade for JC Jackson

Fine with it. You need a plug and play starter and he is better than Wade and Bryant on the outside. No guaranteed base salary after this year therefore assume they put some of the base money owed this year to next year. Really need Jon Jones back though because JC has not looked the same...

Taylor Kyles is pretty good too. Unsure of any others who watch the all 22. Taylor's film review is here for the offensive side of the ball.

Good question and I'm unsure of the answer as well. You would almost have to adjust to how many players in the box. With the Pats O, the line is most certainly seeing more stacked boxes than most.

Pass protection, looks like it. Run, a mixed a bag.

    Game 4 @DAL Goat Thread

Not to belabor the point but Lazar has looked at the film from the Dallas game and the team just does not have the offensive talent to succeed. As mentioned, Douglas should be seeing more snaps and maybe Thornton flashes but this group is not very good and 2024 looks potentially worse with the...

    Game 4 @DAL Goat Thread

Reiff was kicked inside to guard due to bad performance in camp and preseason. He was playing deep into preseason games and could’ve been a cut candidate if he didn’t get injured. The line is a Trent Brown injury away from being a bottom five unit.

    (Re)Building the Offense

Agreed. Thornton is about the only option, hopefully this Sunday, to threaten stretching the field vertically. I just don't know who he takes snaps from. Douglas needs to be on the field for than 33% of the snaps as well.

    (Re)Building the Offense

This was the first game where Mac, for lack of a better term, lost his composure, outside of screaming at Patricia/Judge. He spiraled after the strip sack, played frantic/hero ball, and never recovered until he was pulled. To follow up on the pressure rate tweet, Lazar also said that Mac's...

    (Re)Building the Offense

The OL is old/not talented/injured. The last two weeks have been the most pressured weeks in Mac's career. These are good/great Ds but this week saw little to no blitzing. When the line can't block and the opposing D knows that no WRs are beating their corners off of the line at the snap, I'm...

    (Re)Building the Offense

The OL, QB, and pass catchers are just not anywhere near league average at the moment. However, the OL may be the worst of the three. They don’t pass protect well and holes are non existent in the running game. All while not being blitzed. Chad Graff:The Patriots have allowed pressure on 39...
