    It is, before this current round of realignment I used to laugh at the fact that PSU, Pitt, and WVU are all within 3 hours of each other, but in different conferences. PSU a midwestern conference, Pitt a southern conference, and WVU a southwestern conference.

    Completely agree, he also brought in the hugs. He was the bridge from the terribly unlikable 2001 Sox to the more carefree "Idiots" of 2003 and 2004. I've always felt he was responsible for the culture change within the organization.

    Going to miss most of it for the first time in years, flying to Miami on Thursday and coming home Sunday. One of my buddies from college is getting married and I told him last summer that if I hit the Masters lottery, I wouldn't be attending, but struck out again!
