Cutting The Cord on Cable/Satellite TV Service?

In order to use the Roku you will need to configure the VPN on the router itself since the Roku doesn't have a way to do it. Much easier to use a VPN on your laptop and then cast to your TV.

    Let's Talk About MLBTV

I think so? I wasn't able to test whether I could use the VPN to watch a game that is blacked out in my home market since the Sox game was postponed. I was able to make an out of market game blacked out by connecting to server in that market so it should work in theory.

I have a NordVPN subscription and will be testing it out tomorrow. I'll let you know. Looks like the USA server I am currently connected to is in LA so it should work in theory.

Cutting The Cord on Cable/Satellite TV Service?

Yes. I toggled over to 720p and after a short initial buffer it worked fine. If I leave it set to 720 will everything now be shown in 720 or will it bump up to 1080 on channels that offer it? I'm guessing I'll be stuck on 720 for everything. I don't really want to have to adjust resolution...
