    Revisiting the Xander-at-shortstop debate

Leave everyone alone and where they are. Don't make more problems. X is perfectly fine as a capable SS, he isn't Omar Vizquel but he isn't a butcher. Same with Devers. Focus on pitching.

    2020 NFL: AFC Power Rankings

Because it's football and week to week teams play above or below their heads, a lot doing with matchups and gameplans. They are far better than NE, they had a bad night, we had a good one and we had the better plan of attack despite the COVID crap. The best team doesn't always win the Super Bowl.

Should the Red Sox Bring Back Alex Cora as Manager?

Was it that hard to just say "yes, that's what I meant' and drop the fucking snark? The players aren't going to give a shit one way or the other. This isn't whatever hockey coach you're vaguely referring to. They likely already knew it anyway and/or had some version of their own sign stealing...

Should the Red Sox Bring Back Alex Cora as Manager?

Super job being rational about explaining your vague post regarding a hockey coach that lied about being a player. Keep up the good work champ.

Should the Red Sox Bring Back Alex Cora as Manager?

I honestly have no idea what you're trying to say here. Cora played in the MLB. Are you saying because he was involved in the Houston scandal, players won't take him seriously?

    2020 NFL: Ongoing COVID-19 Impact

A large portion of this pandemic has been that people take it that directly - to the one person. You need to think in exponentials and asymptomatic cases only add to that. Even if one player has, asymptomatic or no serious symptoms, they still are exposing everyone they come into contact with...

    2020 ALCS: Good vs Evil

Which is known and acknowledged but that's once you get into the playoffs. It's one thing if it happened over a 16 game NFL season (who was it, the Seahawks that were 7-9 and made the NFCCG?). It's another where one of the basic tenets of your sport is the length and grind of 162 games to sort...

Ryan Brasier retweets video mocking Jacob Blake response

To his credit, he was pretty quick to come out and criticize the sox for their response. It could be 100% self-serving, but he does have connections and if he gets to throw egg in face, probably a bonus for him.

2020 Pats: Gilmore Tests Positive for C-19 but Asymptomatic

I know it's not this cut and dry and you're talking more about life altering money, but league minimum for rookies is $510k and the COVID opt out was $150-350k, which while I understand there aren't many details on contingencies, I'd imagine the players would still get were the season called...

Might as well start talking about 2021

Sorry, I saw a few and went with the more established source. Here's one from April of this year, I just am not familiar with the source: https://www.redlegnation.com/2020/04/08/reds-pitcher-trevor-bauer-on-why-hes-only-signing-1-year-deals/

As in I haven't watched many actual games, I'm still following the team; I no longer have NESN, I listen if I'm in the car, in doesn't mean I don't still follow them. It's a relative term, but thank you.

Roenicke to not return as manager in 2021

He is, I played high school ball against he and his brother; they went to Oyster River High School and played travel ball for the Tritown Rangers. His brother was bald as a 50 year old by the time he was a junior in high school. Didn't know them at all except third party, but never heard much...

My apologies, reading comprehension was off this morning, lack of sleep. I'm not sure how it relevant though, if you read his rationale and assume that either A) we'll be nearing the end but the time he signs (god willing) as I don't see many teams doing that kind of stuff until we're coming out...

    The Ringer

Did Pos get shit for something other than Paterno? (genuine question). Barstool is easy, that's their goal and brand. Shank, I don't think outside of the Boston market many people would even know who he is, he's not Bob Ryan; again genuine question does he do the PTI/ATH the shows often? I...

Yeah sounds like we are same page, just got wires crossed and I honestly have paid almost zero attention this season so I wasn't aware it was that bad.

Then mea culpa. I'm aware of his diagnosis, but myocarditis comes in many different levels. I didn't realize he was that bad he only just started walking. Regardless, I don't see why they wouldn't be in on Bauer, they need SP. Worst case they can flip him.

Say hello to Smiley Ball! the Worcester Red Sox's New mascot!

AS Kliq noted, the cheesier the better. Teams like the Lumberjacks, the Isotopes, etc, I used to collect minor league caps as a kid because of how cheesy their logos were. That's exactly what your goal should be.
