I knew Ted and Mickey did, had no idea Jackson and Boggs did. That’s neat.
That makes more sense than two random people named that. And I have never heard of the Braves guy.
I genuinely have to turn on subtitles for movies to hear about half of lines and I've had no issues hearing the players all night.
More and more convinced this is on an individual affiliate basis, rather than FOX as a whole. Which is weird, but then so is this whole day.

I can find people on Twitter complaining about the sound issues, but none of them have locations listed. I'm assuming it's a KTTV problem. Hilarious that the people local to the game can't hear most of what is going on. GJGE
edit to @canderson's comment below: all players sound equally muted here. It's like a crowd mic picking up someone whispering fifteen feet away. Same for every player they've had so far, though I'll admit I had the game muted for a phone call with my parents for a chunk of the middle innings. I'll stop complaining -- it is what it is. Glad others can hear and that it is sometimes fun to hear what the players say.
