Lol. Alive.

I don't want to root for Pitt. But I kind of have to. And that was incredible.
I feel disgusting rooting for Pitt, but they suck and if they somehow pull this off they won’t go any further. I’d love to see KC bounced first round

Ball fumbled twice AND the play staying alive for the TD is not something you see everyday.

Mac doesn't play D.

Mac was far from perfect. I'm taking @BaseballJones as maybe slightly overrating Mac, but showing he wasn't as bad as some of the other threads have said being the general point. Some said there is only like 1 playoff QB that Mac would beat out in a draft, but despite this, he has outperformed several of them. The game outcome was shit, but Mac was a lone bright spot. And Mac faced a tougher D than some of them and a D that knew he passing.
I'm not saying Mac was bad. He was perfectly admirable in a game where he threw a big INT early in the game and got blown out by 30 points in a football contest that was over at halftime.

But ranking him 4th ahead of Jimmy is just silly.

Yes, it would be funny if KC lost to Pitt when every single person analyzing this game considered the Steelers an afterthought. I would laugh.

They do it all the time in the red zone with Kelce taking the snap. It drives me nuts because it's just so... cutesy. There's absolutely no reason to not just run your standard, incredibly good offense.
Using kelce as essentially a running back from inside the 5 isn’t terrible, but a wildcat in that situation is simply idiotic

You're talking about Jimmy G, I presume. The guy who made the single worst throw of the weekend (so far) and very nearly gave away the game. Fine. Jimmy was better than Mac.

Happy?
But I am not even sure Jimmy was better than Mac. I mean he is on a much better offensive team and he still almost blew the game for his team directly by his actions. Also, the 49ers have a better defense. Pats have them on Special Teams and coaching.

I never understand how a small guy like McKinnon can just get pancaked by a mountain of a man and just get back up

Help me out — what was wrong with the play call on the defensive TD? Seems to me any skill-position player should be able to execute a handoff; it’s not like they had Mahomes hand off to an offensive lineman or something.

How often do receivers run option plays as the QB?
