I don't understand how you can be a professional umpire and call a pitch a ball that was 4 inches from any edge of the zone.

As a person who's spent a lot of time walking and running over the Mass Ave. Bridge, I think he's about a smoot, but it depends on the ear.
I’m pretty sure that Altuve < smoot, Albies > smoot, but I may have misheard the announcer. . . . Meanwhile, this is the longest, slowest game ever.
If I recall correctly, 1 smoot = 5'4" (~161.5 cm) plus an ear (?). I'll grant Albies exceeds the standard; uncertain about Altuve.
Swanson should have let up sooner, no way he was getting to that and he ended up being in Rosario's peripheral.
