I HATE HATE HATE what Juwan Howard is doing to begin the 2H by going exclusively to Dickinson in the post. He took his entire team out of rhythm so when the big guy runs out of gas or Cronin makes an adjustment nobody will be prepared to step up.
Was just thinking how UCLA must be so excited that Michigan is force feeding Dickinson in the post. Totally took them out of their game.
But since then, they have backed off and now are down 1.
Rest of the 2nd half should be fun.
Juwan has an advantage down low. It “may” work but they could have beaten this UCLA team simply by playing with their usual rhythm. Now he’s going to go down low and put the game into the hands of the ref blowing the whistle. Then he’ll complain about not getting the call.
If he makes #2, I don't think you foul. Too much advantage to UM for the bigs for ORB tip

UNC and Tulsa had a 59-55 (I think) rock fight in Austin in 2000 that was a lot like this one. Joe Forte was the Juzang of that one.

What did they miss, their last 9 shots, including that horrible three that was short, grabbed by a Michigan player who just flung it up at the basket.
Oh well.
I had Gonzaga, Michigan, Houston and Baylor going to the final four, that's 3 ones and a two, should have known some team would come out of nowhere to screw that up.
I hope Gonzaga beats UCLA by 100.
I think the best final would be Gonzaga vs. Baylor, so even though I'm not like totally crazy about either team, that would be a pretty fun game I think. So that's what I'm rooting for.
Friends don't let friends root for Baylor basketball. A Gonzaga vs Houston final would be fun - Houston could at least give Gonzaga fits defensively.
Yeah it wouldn't be me rooting for Baylor, but rather what I think would be the best possible championship game.
Fair. I just can't ever cheer Baylor since the program covered up a murder.
