Looks like it. Just drained a 12 footer for birdie on 15.Which putter is in the bag? Elder wand?
Every time I see that on TV, it break out in hives. It's daunting. That 18th hole tee shot chute up the hill is so narrow.
Looks like he swapped out the Ping blackout grip for old version of the Lamkin cord grip. That's interesting.Looks like it. Just drained a 12 footer for birdie on 15.
I was just thinking that. Behind the tee on 12, and 16 are the two most dramatic differences. The 16th looks SO different with no fans.
My legs would be shakingThat 18th hole tee shot chute up the hill is so narrow.
It's the bestThis is so good.
Same. I think I'll have it on, but mutedHonestly even when the broadcast starts I may just watch it on the app with no commentary.
He's still top 50 in the world. Won an Euro event in Abu Dhabi early in the year to get back inside and get an invite. Has had a string of nice finishes on the Euro tour too since the restart. He will not win but he can still play.Lee Westwood in lead. I've seen this movie before.
That said, I am amazed Westwood even qualified for the Masters.
I looked it up. Westwood finished 42nd on the World Golf Rankings at the end of 2019 and finished in the Top 4 in last year's Open Championship. Either would have gotten him in the Masters. He's done far better than I would have guessed.Lee Westwood in lead. I've seen this movie before.
That said, I am amazed Westwood even qualified for the Masters.
It would be awesome if he just dosed 500ccs of Prednisolone and literally just hit through the night and until his tee time tomorrow. No sleep, just hulk smash.Bryson is going to hit all the balls Augusta National has at their range tonight after his round. Do they have floodlights?
It seems like the hillbillies who run that club require high levels of fawning smarm out of their broadcasters, or they're out.Same. I think I'll have it on, but muted
There are many ways to describe the membership at Augusta that are devastating (and devastatingly accurate) but "hillbillies" is not one of them.It seems like the hillbillies who run that club require high levels of fawning smarm out of their broadcasters, or they're out.
I don't have sound but i saw the graphic a while back. All i know is the female is Michelle WieWho are the announcers in the featured group window? They sound excessively generic.
That may be the best drive he's hit period in the past 18 months.Tiger with a bonus bird on 1. Let's see if he can stay out of the left trees on 2...
Ahh. I have commentary. Wie makes sense in that its a commentator I've never heard before.I don't have sound but i saw the graphic a while back. All i know is the female is Michelle Wie
edit: i should say, i have sound, but no commentary on masters.com
It's really weird watching balls stop where they land on Augusta greens. So soft right now
He'll have a wedge in. Webb was hitting a wood/hybrid a few minutes ago.Wow bryson carried the bunkers on 5
Yeah I've never see anyone do that since they lengthened it. Frankie had 3 wood in the final round last year. He'll have a wedge in. Webb was hitting a wood/hybrid a few minutes ago.
Golf in general has been so much better without the fans, one sport that can honestly say that. As you said none of the idiotic, nonsensical yelling and you can see the courses better with none of the fans or grandstands to hold them. I'll miss this when fans, or patrons in this weekend's case are back.Gotta say, I'm really enjoying no fans at the Masters. You can hear the water flowing, the birds chirping, the wind. It's such a serene setting and being able to see (and hear) all of it without douchebags yelling "GET IN THE HOLE" is really nice.
It was the default for me. I"m watching featured groups w sound and no commentaryHow do you get sound with no commentary on Masters.com?
It was mine as well earlier today. More recently, when I opened it up, there was an "unmute button" in the upper left for a few seconds. That gave me voices. It was the default for me. I"m watching featured groups w sound and no commentary
