Antonio Brown put his reaction to being released on YouTube.
Hilarious. Who does that?

The Revis deal was a 2 year deal with a poison pill second year that the Pats had no choice but to walk away from. Both parties went in knowing that the second year was not going to happen, but strucuring it as a 2 year deal allowed the Pats to limit the cap hit in year 1 (at the cost of some dead money in year 2). A consequence of this is that Revis went FA without the Pats getting a comp pick.
That was a very awkward interview.
I'd actually say Myers. DT was only cut due to financialsDemariyus?
I mean, if he somehow causes the Pats to go 9-7 and miss the playoffs, today was still worth it.be careful what u wish for
Yeah honestly this is where I’m at. We’ve won 6 already. I just wanna laugh at everyone now one way or another.I mean, if he somehow causes the Pats to go 9-7 and miss the playoffs, today was still worth it.
During his time in N.E., he's also had the (hot) dog whisperer at QB.Belichick has dealt with more challenging players than AB. LT was drinking heavy and smoking crack during the season. He was a great teammate but still, Belichick has been dealing with challenging players for 35 years.
Tom Byrne on Maddog sports. Raiders gave up a 3rd and a 5th for AB to play for the Patriots. Haha
One caller was driving and said he had to pull over and throw up.
Giants are gonna suck this year. Pulling hard for the Pats.
This reaction only requires that he truly desired to be released in that very moment, and that's not difficult to imagine considering he was fined and his guaranteed money taken away.Of course it was orchestrated. When AB found out, looking at his phone, he didn't look surprised or disappointed. He shouted ecstatically and ran outside like a joyful little kid. He wanted to be released. He was hoping to be released. When it happened he was overjoyed.
But tampering is down to a science in the NFL and with agents. Rosenhaus probably had some ridiculously oblique conversation with Belichick months ago that set this up. A conversation, not emails or text and with words that don't clearly mean anything about AB.
America's Game on afterwards.Program alert: 2018-19 AFC Championship game on NFLN.

Yes. When Billy Sullivan did not want to pay them, and Al Davis said, come to papa.Remember the times that Patriots wanted out of New England and go to Oakland?
Mike Haynes.Yes. When Billy Sullivan did not want to pay them, and Al Davis said, come to papa.
His kids are in that clip. And he didn’t break their arms. So he has that going for him.
Yep the cup has long since runneth over. Best part of this is embracing the hate. Not returning the hate, but enjoying it. This signing is like 2007's "fuck you touchdowns" when up 45-3 in the fourth quarter.See ladies and gents, after 6 rings I almost don't care about how AB works out.
I'm just giddy about the avalanche of sweet, sweet, Patriots content that's about to be turned up to 11.
The karma stuff going around cracks me up. We’re arguably the greatest dynasty in North American sports history when factoring in eras and all that. Karma?I really wanted to enjoy this thread, but it just makes me sad:

Other than Yankees, Celtics, and Canadians, yes.The karma stuff going around cracks me up. We’re arguably the greatest dynasty in North American sports history when factoring in eras and all that. Karma?
Tee hee.
Factoring in era, given there were like 8 teams and no free agency. Plus the NFL is a one-and-done playoff setup.Other than Yankees, Celtics, and Canadians, yes.
This is some funny shit. He'll never play a down for the Pats. BB is on the horn even as I type, working a Brown for Fitzgerald + a 2020 No. 1.
Mention the AFCCG is on NFLN.I *may* have registered for an account on Chiefs Planet...
16 for the Yankees, but agreed on the other twoFactoring in era, given there were like 8 teams and no free agency. Plus the NFL is a one-and-done playoff setup.
I’ll be the first to say this is more impressive than Auerbach.
And by the time I finish this, kicked off Chief Planet.I *may* have registered for an account on Chiefs Planet...
John Wooden would like a word with you.The karma stuff going around cracks me up. We’re arguably the greatest dynasty in North American sports history when factoring in eras and all that. Karma?
