    Celtics in 18-19

What’s buying low on Bender? I think Rozier a proven commodity is buying high. Not a Bender fan, but 100% agree a change of scenery would be good for him for the reasons you sighted in terms of fit and system with a poorly run Suns team.

The Brad Stevens thread - More Clueless Than Alicia Silverstone

Zach Lowe is pretty much the only ESPN writer I read. He’s probably the best NBA writer in my opinion even if he picked Sixers in 5. Kevin O’Connor is coming on strong though.

Jurassic World 3: Where the Dinosaurs have Quad Injuries and Hate Their Shoe Deals

Lexrageorge makes a good point about the draft picks that I omitted, I think it actually takes them down to around $25 million in space depending on slot. I think they would need to make the Covington and Bayles’s moves and I don’t think Covington is going to have a ton of value, his contract...

Jurassic World 3: Where the Dinosaurs have Quad Injuries and Hate Their Shoe Deals

Sixers have about $70 million in committed salaries, if they renounce the rights to Redick, Amir, Marco, and Ersan they’ll have about $30 million in space, which while enough for some max contracts it’s not enough for Lebron (about $5 million short). They could make a trade, but they’d need to...

    NBA playoffs 2018

Davis and Holiday tied the record of 88, set by Havlicek (54) and Jo Jo White (34) set in game 1 against the Hawks in the 1973 playoffs. ESPN posted about this: http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/23281459/new-orleans-pelicans-duo-anthony-davis-jrue-holiday-combine-88-points-tie-nba-playoff-record

    The 2018 NBA Draft

Personally I’m a Doncic guy and if they get #2 or 3 I think you take Doncic and let him backup the wings. Brown/Hayward/Tatum are so versatile he can backup all of them. And after next year a Marcus Morris replacement will be needed. Would be good to have in hours options.

    NBA coaching changes

Doc is certainly an opportunist, I thought while in Boston he would say he didn’t want to be GM, then he took the Clippers job. I think Doc cares most about money and was using his reputation to secure that.

    NBA coaching changes

Does it? He left the Celtics to not go through a rebuild because he thinks it’ll tarnish his legacy.

    The Cavalier Train Wreck

I thought that people speculated that Pat would take over for Spo because he did that to Stan Van Gundy once they got Shaq during the first title run, but there wasn’t actually any evidence that Pat would do that to Spo?

    The terribly mediocre Lakers

Do people think a team of Lebron, Greorge, Lonzo, Ingram, and Kuzma can beat the Warriors? I don't think it does and I think Lebron realizes that. Lakers have some work to do to be a viable option for Lebron in my opinion.

NBA Grants Celtics $8.4 Million Disabled Player Exception

I bet the Blazers want to cut salaries, they have a high payroll and are having a disappointing season, I don't see them taking any salary back in a trade. They also like draft picks. Personally not sold on Noel, plus has he even come back from injury/doghouse? I don't think a out of shape...

    The 2018 NBA Draft

I've seen speculation that the assistant that ad helped Sean Miller connect with players was the one fired after the FBI investigation findings. Ayton does seem to play hard when I've seen him, a little lost on defense at times, but a freak athlete that dominates the post and can move/set...

NBA Grants Celtics $8.4 Million Disabled Player Exception

pretty sure that opt out is for the offseason, his team probably didn't make it so that he could leave anytime considering they're in competition. Why would Randolph opt out to join a team for a half season that can give an option for more? He has a multi year contract currently, why wouldn't he...

    The 2018 NBA Draft

Jevon Carter reminds me of a smaller, less athletic Marcus Smart.

    Celtics 'Vigilant' on Anthony Davis

The Pelicans aren't the type of team that's trying to win titles, they just want Davis to not be so upset that he leaves in 2020, but right now their mandate is to just make the playoffs, which they are in position to do. Isn't part of Cuban's problem is he keeps swinging and missing for max...
