Nook Color: sneaky Android tablet

I'm curious as to why this would be a problem for Barnes & Noble. I would imagine that the ability to use the Nook as a true Android tablet, including the ability to install honeycomb, would make a broader group of people interested in their product and lead to more sales. I'm sure I'm missing...
