    Rank the WRs

Just to be clear, I don't think that YPRR is some sort of tell all stat. It isn't for the NFL either (or Bourne would be a top 30ish WR, and he isn't). It's descriptive, and not predictive IMO. Franklin could look great because of QB accuracy, and that *seems* to be the take from people that...

    Rank the WRs

PFF has a great article on this exact subject, from a statistical standpoint: https://www.pff.com/news/fantasy-football-how-the-2024-nfl-draft-wide-receiver-class-performed-by-situation I've attached the overall numbers, but they break it down vs different coverages as well, and is well worth...

Did you release your breakdowns somewhere? Also, what's your Twitter handle?

    2024 Draft Binkies

I think an actual deep cut WR that I'm curious about a film break down is Jamari Thrash. His peripherals (YPRR, 1D/RR, TPRR) are pretty ridiculous for a WR that seems to be well out of the top 10 prospects (bottom top 20?) at the position. I'm sure age is the biggest factor, but he seems like...

    2024 Draft Binkies

Where do you have Troy Franklin? I know he's a bit skinny or whatever, he's the WR I'm hoping is available at #34.

    Calvin Ridley, you in?

Levis was definitely in rarified air last year. Tenn moves seem kind of strange to me. Pollard/Ridley are kind of “win now” moves, or a fairly expensive way to find out if Levis is your guy. Burks probably moves to the slot, I guess, but the Ridley signing sure seems like they have full...

    Calvin Ridley, you in?

I would be genuinely surprised if any of the top WRs under 30 are available without a trade (Aiyuk, JJ, CeeDee, DeVonta Smith, Waddle, Chase, Higgins... Even Nico). Teams are well aware of how valuable these players are. I tend to agree that Ridley was way overpaid, but you're either going to...

    Calvin Ridley, you in?

I think Ridley would make a decent signing, as long as QB is addressed. Matt Harmon charted his 2023: View: https://twitter.com/MattHarmon_BYB/status/1765095431283908890?t=EHPfxNVgzymtW6UnSXqdbg&s=19 Basically, he runs the whole route tree successfully. Ridley actually had a low % of...

    DeVante Parker RELEASED

Sure, but I actually think the QB play was the primary factor for NE (thus Parker). NE QBs were awful at throwing catchable targets to their receivers. And, believe it or not, NE receivers were actually decent at catching the targets they received.

    DeVante Parker RELEASED

The bottom players all have one major thing in common: poor QB play in '23. aDOT definitely is a factor, most of the players at the bottom have a relatively high aDOT (deep targets are less reliable, more likely to be contested, under thrown). But it's also worth pointing out that only three...

    Round 6 • Pick 33 (210) • WR Demario Douglas

View: https://twitter.com/MattHarmon_BYB/status/1729585644366614715?t=6GeW75MhMRmtu9oMQnj9GQ&s=19 Like the previous posts have said, you have to believe the Pats have a legitimate asset in Douglas.

The Michael McCorkle "Mac" Jones Thread

I saw this same tweet and it got me thinking about how much of the fault actually *does* fall on the QBs for these teams. I fully realize that the attached stats come from a fantasy football site, and, let’s be honest, I suspect that there is a heavily subjective element attached to these...

    Patriots Roster Projection 2.0

I would imagine Strong makes it over Harris. He's not a complete zero on passing downs and he can play special teams.

In all seriousness, Cunningham has to be QB3, right?

    DeAndre Hopkins signs with TEN
