    I almost feel bad for Adam Jones at this point. This guy is trying so hard to be outrageous that to me it’s not even annoying — it’s just downright laughable at this point. Even Skip Bayless would probably tell him to tone it down.

    Mazz is just as brutal on Twitter. If the Red Sox do something well, he’s mostly nowhere to be found. Anything that he perceives as a negative? His Twitter mysteriously works again. He was all over the Yankees trading for Britton last night.

    I rarely ever listen anymore, but am I correct in saying a few years ago that it seemed Murray was a lot more rational and tolerable? If that’s the case, I wonder if being around all the negativity has just made him miserable. Or maybe it’s just all an act. Either way, it’s insufferable.

    Machado is a good player, but I bet Felger, Mazz, Cafardo, etc., don’t even realize he had a down year last year. His career OBP is also only .329. He does a lot of things well — and has had some very good seasons — but they act like he’s Mike Trout.
