    Yeah, he was on the wish list this winter. Has played both 1B and LF this year, not well in the OF, but he does have over 600 innings of MLB time out there. Also, he is a right-handed bat which would be a nice addition.

    Sure, and yet there are still a few unsigned guys floating around. I'm sure one of them would gladly be collecting a check right now. A rotation of giving Casas, Yoshida, and Raffy each one day off every two weeks, plus having Yoshida play one outfield game every two weeks would provide over...

    The answer can't be Bobby D until Casas comes back. This is exactly why I was crying out for a corner infielder all winter.

    I almost went to this game on the way home from NC, but the traffic via Harrisburg was better. So I don't have anything to add about the Drive, but the stadium in Harrisburg is great for AA.

    Back in 1999 I recall someone going on Channel 4 with Bob Lobel showing off a counter proposal to Harrington that involved replacing the seats within the current Fenway over 4 years. I don't remember anything else about the proposal.

    Don't be too hasty. With a little digging I see he caught for 9 games in the Cape league in 2010. Maybe this is the break he has been waiting for.
