I’m rooting hard for the school 10 minutes down the road but good god, did these refs get a little side action on my Owls here? Not complaining but wtf is going on?
UCLA has been playing banged up, you had to think it might start catching up to them at some point.
Once Gonzaga catches them, they are going to blow by them. UCLA can’t get a rebound. Practically being doubled.
Really a classic Barnes performance. Blow a big lead, miss FTs, and the offense goes off the rails with 15 minutes to go.
The tailgate at the parking lot at the Burrow pre-game Saturday is gonna be intense.

Going to bed with UCLA and Gonzaga now tied. I expect to wake up to a ~10 point Gonzaga win - UCLA likely used up all its energy in that blistering first half pace.
Just need Gonzaga for a 3 out of 4 night. With my safest pick of the 4, Marquette, already gone.
I'm agnostic with him, but man that was a sweet possession which now has me rooting for Timme. Saving the rebound, rolling off a pick to receive and drive into the high post traffic followed by dishing to his teammate for a three-pointer in rhythm.
I don’t think I have seen a highly ranked team look as defeated at UCLA looked with a 7 point second half lead as UCLA did with 12 minutes left.
Let’s go review and see if there’s two tenths on the shot clock. We accepted sports for decades without this.
