One team has the best keeper in CONCACAF history and one doesn’t is what it comes down to right now.
Granted, that was an epic mis-hit shot that turned into a room service pass, but Steffen made that whole mess.
Bad news is he chose to go to a club where he’s a clear #2 so he’s not going to play much before Qatar. He’s still a much better keeper but I worry a lot about his move

Yeah, I am worried about that. He is rarely going to get an opportunity to play. Still, I will trust him more with his hands and his head then Steffen.

I remember when the schedule first came out my first thought was that I hoped we needed only three points going into the last three games. Needed four and got them.
In calendar year 2022, CRC picked up 16 of 18 points their 6 qualifiers to put themselves in really good position. On their day they can give headaches to anyone and poach a win. I don’t think I would love them as the 4 seed in my group if I were one of the big teams.
