She is an Asst. GM, but they have more than one

Bloom - overlord
O'Halloran - contracts
Groopman - analytics
Romero - international scouting
Ferreira - not sure, "player relations"?

According to the team website:

"In her current role, Ferreira reports directly to Chief Baseball Officer Chaim Bloom and assists in all areas of baseball operations. Over her career with the Red Sox, her work has been focused on overseeing the baseball operations budgets and the club’s major and minor league operations, as well as the daily operations for the team’s major league clubhouse and travel."

Nice pull. Based on the talk about her, I have had the impression that she was the top member of the staff not named Chaim.
