Leafs fighting Perry is totally bush league. There was absolutely zero intent - 100% accidental.

Well ... Foligno wouldn’t know that, although if the Leafs thought it WAS intentional the reaction would have been much greater. Maybe , since it was Perry he doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt. Perry certainly didn’t put up much of a defence. He got beaten up pretty badly. Seemed to accept that it was going to happen and might as well get it out of the way.

Stupid NHL code.

I literally thought I was watching him die.
I don't typically react to sports injuries and replays, but I dropped my phone and looked away when he fell back. He absolutely looked lifeless.

Now a Wild player steps on the puck (or stick?) on the rush and slides into the goal post, completely defenseless. Yikes. Helped off to the locker room.

My first reaction was “Why the hell is he trying to move someone with a potential neck injury!” Watching it again however, it looks like Tavares was trying to get up and fell back. Just scary as hell.

That was brutal. All the best to him, I'm glad they aren't trying to tough this out.

Glad to hear Tavares is doing well. That was beyond scary there.

Meanwhile enjoying overtime in Nashville, 4-4.
