Definitely don't think it affected the outcome, but damn, that's why you have replay. I mean, it couldn't have been more clear. If that's not overturned, then why have it? People should lose jobs over calls like that, regardless of the game situation.

yea I mean Cousins wasn't gunning it 80 yards or whatever it was anyway
7 seconds left, there's enough time to get it 20 yards, call a timeout, and kick a 55 yard FG. What a ridiculous ending.

Yea and while I don't doubt that it's possible, I think this ending was about what you'd expect of Cousins.

Metcalf makes me sad, because he went two picks after the pick Miami wasted on Rosen...the one everyone tried to convince me was no risk.

And speaking of risk, I’d be so pissed right now if I was a Vikings fan. I’d be so pissed they they didn’t just kick the FG and push the lead to 8.

The Latin ESPN guys were waxing poetic about it being the right call to go for it on 4th down. Go for the win. I disagree completely.

A FG is obviously not a sure thing, but if you make it an 8 point game Russell Wilson and all his heroics can, at most, tie the game. Terrible decision.

And if you convert it, Russell Wilson never touches the ball again.

Or he does with a 12 point deficit. Mattison fucking up that run is going to get completely overlooked in the postgame analysis. Just a horrible run. A healthy Dalvin waltzes into the end zone there.

Joke ass move to go for it on 4th

Joke ass move not to get it on 4th

Joke ass move not to stop Seattle

Joke ass call to end the game (wouldn’t have mattered)

Feel bad for MN guys and impressed that Seattle is finding ways to win all these close games.

He should have made it, he had enough blockers

Yup. People are going to kill Zimmer but they dialed up a good play and the backup RB flat out screwed up.
Which is why they should’ve kicked it. That wasn’t Cook – it was just a guy.

Make that FG (which was a chip shot) and you force Wilson to go the length of the field and convert a 2-PT just to tie.

They should’ve kicked it.

Almost impossible to beat a good team like Seattle if you hand them back to back short fields after turning the ball over.

You don’t need to be Dalvin Cook to run through an open hole. Even with the non conversion, they had Russell on 4th down like 2 or 3 times. At some point you need to make a play. They never did.

Mattison's not dogshit, he had already run for 112 yards on 19 carries

Edit: Minnesota ran for 200 yards. It was the right call.

No?

I mean, what are you looking for here? It's still on as of now. Is it definitely going to happen? Who knows?
Just an update on how it’s looking? I couldn’t find much, and people here tend to have better insight and sources.

The obsession with Hill is such a crutch for NO, dude is a walking negative play and just tanked a drive after being involved on 1st and 2nd.

The throw on 1st was particularly brutal, missing two open guys downfield in favor of a shorter, covered receiver.
