I think, if you ask everyone in the thread nicely, we can all pause our DVRs for 45 seconds.
I swear during the Denver/Carolina SB they had the 50th anniversary of the Superbowl with all the past MVPs. Brady showed up to that wearing a blazer. And went to every Superbowl thereafter.
Fitting that as the Pats dynasty concludes, they go back to announcing the "star" players separately.

I was just thinking the other day that I didn't really care who won, they are both good teams and good franchises and I didn't hate either of them.

Each of these stupid pregame and halftime interludes is a bid by the production teams to win an Emmy. Who cares.
