I'm not able to watch the game, but just looking at the box score.... Minnesota's offense...... Woof. Four first downs? Yikes.

Niners defense may be getting healthy again at the right time.

Have to think this is 4 down territory now. Unless they have given up.

They're down three scores with no guarantee they'll even get two more possessions. Have to go for it. A punt is conceding defeat.

I know everyone in the national and local media, and many (most?) Pats' fans will be talking about how the Pats may wish they hadn't stuck with Brady but instead traded JG, I'll just say that clearly JG represented a better move for the long-term future of the Pats, but that they have gotten great mileage out of Brady the past 3 seasons.

2017: 13-3, went to the Super Bowl, lost despite Brady throwing for a SB record 505 yards (633 total yards for NE)
2018: 11-5, went to the Super Bowl and won it all
2019: 12-4, won the AFC East

Those are the three seasons under Brady. And perhaps Brady isn't yet done with NE. So no way do the Patriots regret sticking with Brady. He has delivered for them big-time since the JG trade.

Premier League game next Sunday? Al, this isn't really Sunday Night Football today.

JG wasn’t clearly a better future. Pats would almost certainly have one less SB. I also have no idea how JG would fair without Kyle coaching him. KS is a genius. He made the offense work with Mullens.

It’s not really fair for teams that played on Sunday on wild card weekend to then play the Saturday game against a team coming off a bye,
You might recall that the last time the Vikings had a statement playoff win over the Saints, they had a full week of rest and absolutely stank out the joint against the Eagles in the NFC Championship Game. Unfortunately, that's the Vikings' MO - this game was never likely to be as close as Minnesota's performance last week made it seem.

Just turned it off, Minny's not going to make an effort to try to win the game.

As frustrating as the Patriots' loss against the TItans was, seeing the Vikings completely unable to block the Niners on just about anything...

JG's ability to stay on the field is far from proven.

I don’t think anyone regrets sticking with Brady. A second round pick? That might be a regret.
