I'm impressed they Arsenal have not conceded a goal yet. I'm not impressed that they don't have a single shot.

Oh you hate to see that...the young Arsenal player should have put his foot through that ball, but instead he backs off in deference to the more senior player (Auba) who baffies it.

Only turned on the second half, but this game looks like my indoor league. That’s not a compliment...to my league.

Some seriously terrible football being played.

Everton should have apprached this game like a hungry pack of wolves and got in about Arsenal and really went for the win. Instead it looks like Ferguson is happy to get out of his brief tenure unbeaten in the league against (on paper) some tough sides. Five points from a possible nine is more than most Everton fans would have expected.

Bloody awful match.

This was terrible, by both.

For those who were advocating for Big Dunc, he doesn’t have much to offer when the adrenaline runs out

The squad is very thin due to injury, they played an intense game in the cup on Wednesday, Dunc made bad subs, and Dunc went away from the simple, compact 442/play for the counter to a 4231 high press that they don’t have the nous or personnel to play at the moment.

Which is by way of saying that it wasn’t just a lack of intensity IMO. Not a good day for Dunc.

Norwich are winning balls in the midfield and quickly turning those into shots in the box. Impressive

There it is god Norwich. I’m shocked that Wolves look so bad and keep getting caught out in the middle of the park. They have so much talent out wide, why try to play through the congestion?

The honeymoon didn’t even last 2 weeks for Big Dunc.
Third game in 6 days and a decimated squad so that needs to be taken into account but again you need another club in your bag when raw spirit isn’t enough.

Norwich made so many excellent chances and spurned all but 1. Wolves created a few and converted two of them. It’s a rough game sometimes.

Didn't @Zomp post a few weeks ago how ManU would beat Spurs and Man City but lose to Everton and Watford? Pretty close.

I did.

We're deadly on a counter attack but can string together good passes to unlock teams.

That's a very basic and broad explanation of the teams problems but its true.

Pogba a looked plenty dangerous and creative. Have ManU fans lost all faith that Pogba can be used effectively?

What a clown show by Aurier. Completely misreads the flight of the ball to concede a corner and then never closes down Willian off the short corner and allows him to do exactly what Willian wants to do in that situation.

Not at all. He's our best player by some distance and they looked much better when he came on. But he's been out for 3 months. The hope is that when he plays he's the key to unlocking defense, but if you're a team with top 4 aspirations should you really be relying on one player for that?

To give Ole some credit, if he had anything to do with transfers this past summer they've worked out well. If he can have a few more windows like the last one then we'll be fine. The problem will be can he last that long?

Just a disaster of a half for Tottenham. No possession, no energy on defense, clumsy challenges, just complete shit.

Well, that’s all folks.

Son kicks his feet up at Rudiger; but Rudiger also was standing over him and greatly exaggerated the extent of the contact. Not sure about that one.

this is why players exaggerate. If Rudiger doesn’t go down they probably don’t look at it. It’s a red card all day. You can’t upkick at someone.

Son is a great player, but this is the third time in the past year he’s cost the team a chance at points because of his childish actions. Everyone tends to give him a pass because they feel he’s a “nice” guy. The more I watch, the more I’m realizing he’s only sympathetic when he realizes his actions are going to cost him game time. Jose has a large task on his hand with this squad, things could get ugly very quick.

Well that is sad. I knew it would get ugly.

History being made with that announcement.

Terrible times.
There is absolutely no place for racism ever in any game. The fact that one fan now will probably represent Spurs fans as a whole is such a shame. Find out which fan said something to Rudiger and publicly shame them and ban them for life.

Fuck Son and the horse he rode in on. Are we going to throw him a fucking parade like we did when he threw a tantrum and almost ended Gomes’ career? Can we now agree that he’s a dirty cheap shot artist? Does he get to lead the team out of the tunnel again? Fuck him and everyone who blew him after his crocodile tears over Gomes. Third straight red in a year. Fuck him.

One fan? The PA had to make THREE announcements.

It’s absolutely pervasive across England now.

Whoever made any racist comments or gestures should be banned permanently, whether it be one fan or a whole section. I agree with you, it is sad that we as a society have to tell people to be kind to one another. Being a Spurs fan, I am absolutely disappointed with the performance today, but more importantly I’m more disappointed in the fans. Cheer for your team to play better, harder. Boo the other team all you want, but please do not throw anything at them or be racist in any way. There is no need for that in the game, or in life in general.
