I am guessing that he won't be allowed to keep the signing bonus if you are right. While this is certainly possible, he is looking for money and I doubt the Pats just gave it to him to get nothing.
Let's not forget too that the Patriots are still.... a tremendous power running team. If their center position holds up (really their only weakness now), how in the world are teams going to stop them? Seriously. There just aren't enough quality defensive players to stop everything the Pats can throw at them.
