This may make some AFC bulletin boards.
The reply's to that are something else.

I have never seen a teams fan base respond to mocking by the opponent that beat them with, "yah but we scored a lot of points in those loses".

I should never have ventured into the comments.

Mark Daniels says Eric Saubert is on the field and Danny Etling isn't. Wonder if Etling is getting cut.
Yep

, WR/QB Danny Etling has been waived by the Patriots. Etling isn’t here at practice this morning. Etling was attempting to make the transition to a WR/special teams type role and was one of the fun stories of camp.

The comments sections never fail to disappoint and as you said, it's usually best not to venture into them.

My cousin hooked me up with a Facebook page last year called "NFL trash talking" or something along those lines, the vast majority of the posts were over the top idiotic, specifically a Packers fan who used the most vile and disgusting language I've ever seen towards most of the members.

And yeah, I get it, trash talk forum, what did I expect, blah ,blah, blah.......that said, I rarely wish bad things on total strangers, but him getting kidnapped while on vacation in South America and being staked to an ant hill and slathered in honey would be too good for him, what a complete and utter piece of shit.

Wonder if Collins is getting a maintenance day. Veteran, nearing 30, seems to be having a good camp/projects to be part of their regular LB rotation this year. Might not be a bad time for a break.

Some tweets from @KingBrycen who seems to be at joint practices

--Terrence Brooks and Jon Jones starting at safety with Brooks playing the Chung role.
--Obi Melifonwu took a snap or 2 at deep safety
--Michael Bennett lined up inside with Rivers outside in 7-on-7
--Mike Pennel is playing and looking very good
--Chase Winovich looks very fast off the edge and also got an interception off a tipped screen pass.

Mike Reiss says Phillip Dorsett went to the medical tent after hauling in a nice catch down the sideline from Brady.

Evan Lazar: In 1st unit of base 3-4 defense, Terrence Brooks and Devin McCourty were the safeties.

Mark Daniels: First 3 Pats WR's in 11-on-11's were Meyers, Berrios, and Gunner Olszewski. (No Harry, Dorsett, or Maurice Harris today. Not looking good for Inman if these were the first 3 guys out there with Brady).

Kevin Duffy: Damien Harris is dealing with a right hand/wrist injury. It is heavily taped.

BrycenNFL: Brady to Gunner on a contested catch down the sideline

Mark Daniels: Brandon Bolden made a great cut and would've had a 40 yard TD run.

BrycenNFL: Brady to Meyers on yet another long TD pass. Looks like he beat Malcom Butler.

He clarified in his notes that Brooks played SS. That's interesting - I watched the Minnesota game last year (one of only two games where Brooks saw action on D) and he was exclusively a deep S. Wonder if they are testing his versatility or if they think he has been miscast and fits better in the box.

Didn’t see this one mentioned. Vrabel’s enjoying busting Tom’s balls this week huh?

I think this one went both ways. Tom presented Vrabel with an inscribed trophy - maybe to commemorate the Titan's SB, their win over the Pats? (with, of course, a bit of contrast...)

From article:

It is unclear why Harry flew back to Boston after spending the last two days with his teammates in Nashville despite not being able to practice.
Maybe it's just good to have him around the team to soak in as much as he can, and then, since he's not gonna play, send him back to get treatment, because today is probably just a light day before game.

Today is a walkthrough so it's better for him to go back early and get to (probably) TB12 to further along the rehab process. When on the road, you don't have access to all the things you want.

Yep. Obviously, we don't yet know if something additional happened, but I can easily see reasons, if it's not considered too bad, to have him there with everyone then send him back before the game to get some work done.

I read somewhere that there are two other similar cases in line in front of Gordon (speaking solely chronologically). So if we hear one or both of those guys being reinstated, then we can start looking for Josh.
(My apologies for not remembering the names of the other two.)
The 2 Cowboys, right? Gregory and Irving? Martavis Bryant?

Adding on to this, there is a quick turnaround to their next preseason game on Thursday night, and the Pats have traditionally tried to get their starters some work during the 3rd preseason game. By sending Henry back now, they'll have time to see how he responds to a weekend of treatment at their facilities and determine if they want to prep him for the Panthers.
