Considering their opponents, big week for Spurs! Of course, that could be erased tomorrow. Tomorrow and Wednesday should be fun.
I was wearing my Everton polo shirt in Grand Central this morning. While I was waiting to pay for coffee and a bagel, the guy behind me nudges me and says in an English accent,

Guy: "Good show by your lot yesterday at Goodison, gave us a big lift."
Me: "Who do you support?"
Guy: "Tottenham. You've been doing it for weeks now, you beat all the sides we're fighting for top four"
Me: "Yeah, it's been awesome, too bad we can't beat Fulham. You gotta be happy- that City game was one of the best I've ever seen"
Guy: "I was there. {pounds chest three times} Almost didn't make it through."

"11 points out of 12, actually. Chelsea's point against Burnley was it, with the other 3 all losing."

You're right, I can't add or subtract. (Or quote properly.)
11 points dropped out of 12, that is nuts, especially considering most of those fixtures.

That’s a awesome. Much better than when someone saw me last week wearing a Sweden Zlatan jersey and they stopped to tell me that “Zoltan” is their favorite.

That conveniently leaves out that fixture 38 is Spurs-Everton. Would be nice to have this resolved before then...

He did wish me luck except for the last game of the season, and said that he hoed to have top 4 sewn up before then - which given the current form of all sides involved is possible- City will likely kill off United, and it would take only one of either Chelsea or Arsenal to shit the bed- neither has looked great lately.

Spurs can't shit the bed? They're 2-1-5 in their last 8 Premier League matches.

Sure they could. Wouldn't surprise me. I've seen a fair amount of all four recently, though, and of the four, I would say that Spurs are the team in the best form very recently, ie last couple of weeks. More importantly, they have the best spirit of all- the atmosphere at MUN is toxic right now, and Chelsea doesn't seem much better. Arsenal, who knows. I can't figure them out. They don't scare me though.

Everton were absolutely shredding MUN and all the players did was literally hang their heads. Matic, Pogba, Lukaku etc. didn't even run after the ball - Everton logged 8k more on the day cumulatively than MUN - that's shameful. If Jones and Smalling could have dug a hole in the pitch to escape they would have. They're dead. So Spurs only have to beat one out of Chelsea or Arsenal. I like their odds.

Cardiff just scored their biggest goal of the season, courtesy of Christian Eriksen.

EXHALE!!

Southampton scored the fastest goal in PL history today--7 seconds.

And they didn't have the kickoff.
