I didn’t really care who won until the whistle guy. Happy to think about how fucking stupid and sad he’ll look heading home tonight.

That was an amazing kick. Zuerlein deserves all the love for his two kicks but unfortunately the no-call on the obvious DPI will be the story.

Holy shit he drilled that.

Not counting difficulty added by weather conditions, that may have been the most impressive field goal I’ve ever seen.

This is really bad.

I would rather play the Rams than the Saints.

Because a team that everyone likes was screwed not once, BUT TWICE, expect lots of offseason talk about how bad NFL officiating is.

Kicking the fg is the right call here.
I was thinking about this in my head. Instinct says kick it. Worst case it’s a 50/50 to just win right there. If you miss, your defense has to stop them going about 20 yards. Tough. But not impossible. This versus kicking it deep, stopping them, getting the ball back, and getting back into scoring position.

Saints should have been running and forcing the Rams to use their timeouts on that drive. Rams may still have scored to tie, but it would have been more of a challenge with less time and zero timeouts.

The Saints better make a stink out of that call postgame for as long as possible. Embarrass the league

Confusing post.

Anyway. The super bowl will be really exciting either way now.
It’s an unjust result. I’d prefer a just one.

But stuck with this, the bright side is that the Rams are my preferred Pats opponent between these two teams.

I wish I could heckle Payton at his presser by constantly blowing a whistle as he tried to answer questions

given the circumstances that might be the biggest blown call in NFL history

I haven't seen this poor management and general injustice by officials in New Orleans since Katrina.
