There’s been more wild pitches in these playoffs than I can ever recall.
It seems like it. I wonder if its because we are generally seeing the teams with the best pitching and the pitchers are throwing harder breaking pitches too which may make them harder to block. Or its simply because most of these guys throw way more breaking balls than ML pitchers used to before the league saw the explosion of guys with big heaters.

I’d love to face Chacin and Wade Miley in games 1-2 of the WS. Having Hader for 9 outs tomorrow makes that more likely.
I think Chacin is starting tomorrow.

it could be bullpen (Woodruff) and Miley in games 1-2. I'm deadly serious.

I wonder if the LA ratings will be higher for game seven or LeBron's first home game as a Laker. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it was the latter.

Eric Kratz seems like a pretty cool guy. I'm going to be rooting against the Brewers in Game 7 only because the Dodgers are so much easier to hate (which is saying something considering their manager is a Red Sox hero).

I was always rooting for the Brewers, but preventing Machado from making it to the WS is reason enough in itself.

From only an easier draw standpoint, who is everyone rooting for tonight? I’m kinda torn, but I can’t help but feel that the Dodgers might be a tougher opponent due to their starting pitching.

I'm rooting for the Brewers for the reason you stated. I'll gladly take my chances vs Chacin, Miley, and whoever else they're opening + their pen. Kershaw could be a series changer. Ryu and Buehler are also pretty good and Rich Hill is no slouch. Plus, losing the WS to LA would piss me off a lot more. And fuck Machado.

Also, the fact that the Dodgers were there last year and lost a tough 7 game series might make them a tougher out. No reason for a happy to be there syndrome for the Dodgers, which, I don’t know why or how it ever happens, but the Brewers would be the ones to experience it, if anyone. Sox should take out either team, but some analyst will pick the NL team, like Jason Stark picked the Rockies in 2007, and make me wonder if he could be right.

Milwaukee just because Machado could try to hurt someone. Plus the time zone difference. Tired of hearing bitching about game times.

I am really looking forward to this game. After two nights without the Sox this game is just what the doctor ordered. Plus, who doesn’t like a game 7 when two great teams are playing.

I’d love to see a 19 inning pitchers duel with the entire bullpens emptied for both squads and hitters racking up 0-7’s.

Fox pushing "Kershaw most important likely influence on this game 7" narrative. Do you agree or disagree?
Disagree. I agree with what the MLB guys were saying today ... how much will Milwaukee get out of Hader, and how effective will he be

They're butchering one of the best songs in history by pairing it with the Dodgers. (Hey Fox, the game is in Wisconsin)

Oh my. It's hitting me. I just don't think I want to be across from David Roberts in a World Series.

Too much love for conflict. I do not want live in a world where Roberts is the enemy.
