Shot a 64. Not much else he could do. The first 2 holes of the tournament are the ones he’d probably want back.

Yea I don’t get why people don’t seem to like Koepka at all. He is a machine out there. It’s really fun to watch. The run he is on over the past 15 months is impressive. Watching champions win championships is fun
Why does anyone like or dislike any golfer? It’s tough to put a finger on (and I’m not even saying I don’t like him, but I do understand the frat boy bad taste). Shit, wasn’t it you just yesterday making shit up about Fowler?

I think 17 yesterday and 17 today are the two that truly cost him. 3 putt yesterday, and blows the tee ball right today...UGGH. So close.

Can't imagine what the crowd would've done if he won....also note that the next time Tiger shows up in shades and a backwards hat watch out

So was that sir Nick?
"It's already the greatest comeback in golf?"

If he should even win again "It will be the greatest comeback in sports history?"

HMMM, No

If he wins a couple of majors, it would be up there. He couldn't walk last year.

I'm a huge BK guy, just not today.

Tiger doesn’t look like 2004 Tiger but he sure looks like a top 5ish player.
Yeah I'm thrilled by this week. He almost won with his C game at a course not really for him. I'd love to see him go in the closet and get any other driver he's played, and his old putter, and let's get ready for Augusta.

Music doesn't block the view of people behind you
It also doesn't block YOUR VIEW

They don’t make hair in a can anymore?
Didn't think I'd see Carlos Boozer take a random shot in here.

I don’t get it. Do people think others watch their stupid Facebook video posts? I’ve got a better view from the bar than these assholes at the course looking through their phones.
I don't get it. Why does it annoy some people so much when others choose to enjoy an event differently than they would, especially when it's not harming them at all?

I think he looks incredibly good with this current putter. It’s a good fit for him.

Patrick Reed, 2x Koepka and Molinari. Interesting group winning the majors this year. Wish at least one of those was Tiger but all the majors were fun this year. It’s fun to see first time winners like Reed and Molinari and Koepka’s run is just impressive.

It does bother people though. I have been at concerts, ball games etc when some dick is holding up a phone in front my face to get a video. People keeping the phone out of the way don't bother me.

Fuck people have just said they hate the guy winning, without reason get on their case.

My way of enjoying this is to hate on the fuckers with phones you hypocrite

What athletes in an individual sport created as much charisma by the way they play the sport as Tiger does?

Muhammad Ali, for sure. Serena Williams? Roger Federer? Jack Nicklaus? Jean-Claude Killy?

That was so much fun. Agree...no way he isn’t a captain’s pick with the way he’s playing. My picks would be Tiger, Kisner, Kuchar, and Phil

Trying to play the Mother card to see some emotion from him, but nope. The brother drew out a bit more.

If nothing else he is still far more likable than DJ

Why was it such a big deal that Brooks' mom was there? And that reaction from him seeing her was positively Patrick Reed like considering how big of a deal they were making of it

Also moving this tournament to May is stupid. Not having a major to watch in August next year is going to be not cool next year. I get the why behind what they are doing but fans that are already really into this would have been so much better off if they just went ahead and started consider the Players Championship to be the 5th major that’s played in May and left the PGA championship where it is now

My comment about not bothering the person was referring to those of us sitting at home and complaining :)

Did they mention during the actual broadcast that Books beat the 72 hole scoring record and I missed it, or did they just drop that in there afterwards?

I think it was a big deal because he didn't know she was there. It sounds like his family must have flown this morning, or sometime during the round to surprise him if he won. At one point, I thought I heard him ask his girlfriend "When did you guys all get in?"

US Ryder Cup qualifiers:

Brooks, DJ, JT, Spieth, Reed, Bubba, Fowler, Webb are in.

Tiger and Phil (10 and 11) will be picked. 2 spots left to sort out over the next 3 tournaments.

I was really really hoping Bryson would dislodge Webb from that last spot. Less out of love for Bryson than dislike of Webb. Oh well, put him and Bubba together and write off those points.

Tiger and Phil are locks. Kuch probably a lock. Finau for the last spot unless someone has a big playoffs.
