So I mean they have to be getting Kawhi plus right? Cause right now they're like a middling Western Conference playoff team.

Boogie next for LA? That Lakers roster as constituted doesn’t get by Golden State or a healthy Houston

I mean, yay he's out of the East, but I'll never understand what the Lakers do for Lebron besides being in LA.

Never thought I'd be happy to see someone that good sign with the Lakers. The West is gonna be fun.

The East is gonna be run out of Boston and Philly.

Not sure which I am happier with:

1) it’s a 4 year deal so we don’t have to do the summer of lebron ever again

2) he’s out of the east

2a) he didn’t sign with philly

Honestly, why would he sign for 4 years? Hedge against his body breaking down to get the most money? I'd expected one or two years and jump to the next super team.

My guess is, Lebron wants to move all the kids for veterans and the Lakers said OK, but only if you sign long term. Don't bother renewing your leases Brandon, Kyle and Lonzo.

Yeah, sounds about right. Weirdly enough, the Lakers had some decent leverage here, because it was so clear LeBron wanted to be in LA.
