OK. This SB was fun.

I'm ready for the next one.

Not just because I want the Patriots to get another SB ring. Not just because I want Brady and BB to have 6.

But because a SB victory next year makes it...3 SB's in 4 years. That's a dynasty.

They'll have TWO stretches of full on dynasties - two stretches of 3 SB's in 4 years - with multiple SB appearances, AFC championships, and a perfect season in between.

TWO DYNASTIES INSIDE OF A DYNASTY.

We have the best QB in history and the best coach in history. I'm fucking greedy. Gimme gimme gimme gimme.

Well, yeah. That stuff always happens in Foxborough.

Wait
Yes, but the Super Bowl was played in Houston where BOB is the coach, the former Belichick protege. It all adds up.

The funniest are the people thinking the game was rigged because Fox put up a graphic saying Patriots wins (sic) Super Bowl with TD while they were still driving. Idiots think that Fox accidentally slipped they already knew the outcome, and not that they were explaining OT rules.

Nom nom nom. Delicious tears.

Still, this isn’t the first shady incident to be connected with the Patriots and New England’s Super Bowl LI win. Falcons offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan’s backpack with the Super Bowl game plan in it went missing during Opening Night, and there are plenty of reasons to believe this game was totally rigged.

Yup. That was posted here last night (maybe in this thread) and it took me a full 10-15 minutes to figure out exactly what the problem was. That it was posted by several people is unbelievably stupid. People saying that it should have read "if they score" and thinking something was up. It goes to show you the paranoia people have when it comes to the Pats. People are unable to concede that they are just a better team.

The Pats-stole-the-game plan thing is beyond stupid. It's one thing to do a "ha-ha" aside or something, but to actually, with any seriousness at all, think the Patriots were able to hack a password-protected iPad in 30 minutes when the fucking US government can't make that happen in months is the height of stupidity. It's not funny. It's dumb.

People are catastrophically stupid and always looking for the nefarious, for reasons that elude me. It's like nothing can just be the thing it is. There has to be a hidden mastermind behind the scenes, pulling the strings.

Plus, the Pats really did a bad job of exploiting the game plan. They got annihilated in the first half.

I'm sorry, there was a conspiracy to fix the game in favor of the Pats by whom? And for what reason?

The Pats have broken the NFL and the fans of 31 other teams, maybe irreparably.

Well, if you stole the other side's plans, you'd have to act like you had no clue what's up in the first half so nobody would be suspicious.

Do you know what I'm looking forward to? When Brissett leads the Patriots to victory in the 2021 Superbowl, nabbing Belichick his eighth ring in the process. That will send NFL fans into ionospheric levels of lunacy.

I want all backward-cap people to be hit by cars.

It's "The Crying Game" and she took her pants off in the 4th quarter.

They only had time to steal a few of their ingenious play designs. Obviously, the game plan had a play designed for a 16 point lead with 8 minutes left on 3 and 1 that called for a 10 step drop and slow developing down field pass.

Every time I see how the Pats cheat and how successful they are with these very minor cheats I really get furious with the Jets for not even cheating a little.

These cheat fetish folks are the Infowars.com of the sports world

By THEM.

BECAUSE!

Seriously, this is why America is so utterly screwed.
I especially love the people who point to a freeze-frame of James White scoring the winning touchdown, pointing out that he was down before the goal line with part of his bicep circled rather than the ball.

edit: found one. lol

Wow. This is brilliant. I'd never thought it out like this before...

But yeah, if people think that's all it takes to win consistently in the NFL, then you'd have to conclude: 1) It's really not that hard to win in the NFL; and 2) Other teams aren't really as competitive in spirit as they claim.

Mind. Blown.

Does anyone know if they are selling Patriots SB LI Championship hats with the bill over the ear? I go to all the websites and alls I can find are the ones with the bills in the front.

Really no need to go there when "steps out of the shower to pee" is so much funnier and has no sexist overtones.
