Great play by Memphis DT Donald Pendleton, he leaked out the left side of the line on a bubble screen, the WR caught the ball and Pendleton destroyed him in space in the backfield.

3rd year for Harsin in Boise, still can't stop the triple option. Boise needs to outscore AFA, doesn't look like D is going to do it. 7-7 after two drives.

Houston scored again to go up 44-41, but when they got to the goal-to-go they played too fast and left 1:29; Memphis drives to make it 48-44 with :19 to go. Had Herman slowed things down it could have sealed the game.

edit- Memphis wins

Sorry, I got the info from NCAA.com which not only is incomplete but apparently doesn't list all the correct channels either. But it's easy to use since there's no formatting. I cross reference with FBSchedules.com but missed that one

That was a weird punt return for WSU. Did one of the up-men catch it and return it, or did they have two guys back?
Morrow was the up-man on the kick, line drive kick right to him and took it to the 5. Too bad they couldn't punch it in and keep the game close.

Brutal loss for Arkansas. Up 24-7 at Missouri at halftime, then got blanked in the second half for a 28-24 defeat. Their previous four losses were fine as those teams were all much, much better. But Missouri? Happens too often with this team.

Does Colorado have a path to the Final Four? If the Buffs win out and Penn State wins the B1G title, I could see the Committee opting for a 2-loss conference champion whose starting QB was injured for both losses over taking 2 teams from the B1G. (Bear in mind, in this scenario CU would have a much stronger resume than they do now, with late wins over a ranked Utah squad and a UW team that looked elite yesterday.) Or would Oklahoma (assuming they beat OkSt) be the more likely beneficiary of this chaos scenario?

How do you have two guys with the same number? That seems weird to me, the QB has the same number as the guy that got booted

Colorado has a path but they need either Clemson to lose or Psu to lose to MSU and then OSU to win B1GCG

85 scholarship players, plus however many walk-ons.

I'm guessing this is common, and Bama didn't expect Hurts to play much when they assigned him the same uniform number as one of their better defensive backs.

It's fairly common, but players sharing numbers have to be on opposite sides of the ball (offense/defense) and can't be on the field at the same time or else it's a penalty

I hope Verne Lundquist and Joe Namath are still eating jello together twenty years from now in the same place where they'll be eating jello together six months from now.
