I don't totally get it but I'm rolling with you...Over Dixie Carter's head.
Yup. He missed that one. That looked like a 3-1 fastball right down the middle.
Oh, I've read. I've found it pretty enjoyable following Billy these last ten years or so.Oddly enough he is suing the wrestling company of which he was the president.

I don't see why not. He will definitely be PH for in bottom 9 if indians manage to score a run and extend the game. So, if Allen gets the first two outs in the B8, do they walk Baez to force Chapman to bat?
No. They would be worn out by playoff time. I would be shocked if teams employ this at all during the regular season. That said, the idea of using your best RP earlier in the game for an inning may become more widely used.Gotta wonder if we are gonna see a shift back to multiple innings from closers even during the regular season.

He's a funny guy, but he blew that one. Vedder has sung the anthem at Wrigley a number of times. He even called out the Red Sox at Fenway in August b/c he's a Cubs fan.I think he was serious originally, but is trying to cover it up with jokes (he just posted an identical tweet re: Bill Murray).
He nearly just took a ball to the face.I think Chapman was thrown onto the field during the Patriots game today
See, I think he was being post-mod sardonic ... that he was tired of hearing about Vedder being a Cubs fan, so he was reacting with mock surpriseHe's a funny guy, but he blew that one. Absolutely. That's Tito playing cribbage while Maddon is playing dominoesSo, if Allen gets the first two outs in the B8, do they walk Baez to force Chapman to bat?
