WPA
From SoSH
Win Probability Added is a baseball statistic that attempts to measure a player's win contribution to his team by calculating how much each specific play he made altered the outcome of the game. The concept behind WPA was introduced by the Mills brothers in their 1970 book entitled Player Win Averages.
A player with a WPA of 0 has performed at an average level, while a player with a WPA of 1.5 is said to have contributed 1.5 more wins than an average baseball player would have contributed in the same game contexts.
