Seattle has been part of the team name for various major league teams in the American League and National League:

• The Seattle Mariners are current members of the American League West and have been a major league team since 1977.
• The Milwaukee Brewers are current members of the National League Central and have been a major league team since 1969. They have previously been known as the Seattle Pilots (1969).
