History
Pawtucket gains their second AA team, as the Red Sox move from Pittsfield, Ma to McCoy Stadium to start the 1970 season. They would only be there 3 seasons, as the AAA Red Sox came in to displace them in 1973, with the AA team moving to Bristol, Ct.
