Otis Louis Miller was born on February 2, 1901, in Belleville, Illinois. Miller was 26 years old when he broke into the big leagues on April 17, 1927, with the St. Louis Browns. Miller had a 4-year career as an infielder. In 272 games he batted .274 with 0 HR and 91 RBI.
