Pitcher, Drafted out of Mount Vernon Nazaren College by the Red Sox in the tenth round of the 1997 Amateur Draft, and began playing with the Lowell Spinners (A). Played in 1998 for Michigan (A) in 37 games, 30 in relief. IN 1999 he began season with Sarasota (Red Sox' A)...Made eight relief appearances before being promoted to Augusta (Red Sox' A) on 5/3...Went 4-3 with a 3.70 ERA (41.1ip/17er) in nine starts and 1-3 with three saves and a 2.52 ERA (39.1ip/11er) in 26 relief appearances with Augusta...Was selected off Boston's Pawtucket roster in Rule Five draft on 12/13/99 but returned to Red Sox organization on 3/17/00. Spent 2000 in Trenton and some of 2001 and 2002 in Pawtucket. Unimpressive numbers. Started 2003 on the Red Sox, but was injured early in the season and released by the Red Sox 4/15/03. Signed with the Marlins, played in AA and had a few apps in AAA. Was signed by the Padres in 2004 and spent the year in their system. Also was a Padres Minor Leauger in 2005. Signed with the Pirates in 2006, and pitched 17.1 innings, going 2-0 with a 2.04 ERA (2 Starts).
