Juan Cedeno
From SoSH
Juan Cedeno (born August 19, 1981 in Higuey, DR ) was a 2001 un-drafted free agent signed by the Red Sox. He was obtained by the Kansas City Royals along with Chip Ambres in exchanage for Tony Graffiano. In 2003 he got the 'Top Gun' Award. The 20-year-old left-hander then had a 3.02 ERA to go with a 7-9 record that would look much better if he had more run support. Cedeno has shown flashes of brilliance and is learning to command all his pitches.
