Overall Career
Ivan Calderon (March 19, 1962 - December 27, 2003) played for the Seattle Mariners, Chicago White Sox, Montreal Expos, and Boston Red Sox, over a 10 year career. While his primary position was in the outfield, he also saw time at first base and DH, particular as his career wound down. His best year probably came in 1987, when he slugged 28 homers, drove in 83 RBI, had an OBP of 0.362 and an OPS of 0.888.

Trivia
- Ivan Calderon was shot to death at the age of 42 in Loiza, Puerto Rico, on Dec. 27, 2003. Allegedly, Calderon was in a store when two people entered and wordlessly shot the former player multiple times in the back.
