Team History
The Red Sox would join the Western Carolinas League in 1967, placing an affiliate in Greenville. It would be there first team in Greenville, as they currently have an A-Ball team there.
The team would win a League Championship in 1970. The Red Sox would drop the affiliate after the 1971 team, dropping back down to 5 minor league affiliates.
