Fabian Sebastian Gaffke (August 5, 1913 - February 8, 1992), was a major league outfielder over parts of six seasons for the Boston Red Sox (1936-39) and Cleveland Indians (1941-42).

- July 14, 1937: Gaffke tied a then-AL record when he scores 5 runs as the Red Sox demolish the Browns, 15-6.

Trivia
- Dispite playing his entire Major League career in the outfield, then Red Sox manager Joe Cronin put Gaffke behind the plate for a game during the 1938 season. Gaffke never saw action at catcher again in the big leagues.
