Eric Hull (born December 3, 1979 in Yakima, WA), was acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers for Christian Lara and cash considerations in April of 2008.

Scouting Report
- Hull has spent the last few seasons exclusively out of the pen after getting some starts in the Dodgers organization. Excelled in recent years, but against much younger competition. Fastball sits around 90-91 mph. Also has a 78 mph curve, and a change, all of which are about average. Deceptive delivery, doesn't show his pitches. Consistent. Minor League Career
- 2007: Hull put together a solid season in Triple-A Las Vegas in 2007, finishing with a 2.74 ERA and 81 strikeouts in 65 2/3 innings.
- 2008: Hull is headed to extended spring training to start 2008, but could see time in the Boston bullpen by the end of the year.
