Don Buddin

Donald Thomas (Don) Buddin (born May 5, 1934 in Turbeville, South Carolina) is a former shortstop who played for the Boston Red Sox (1956-1961), Houston Colt .45s (1962[start]) and Detroit Tigers (1962[end]). He batted and threw right handed.
In a six-season career, Buddin posted a .241 batting average with 41 home runs and 225 RBI in 711 games played.

On July 11, 1959 hit a Grand Slam in the bottom of the 10th inning off Jim Bronstad to win the second of an eventual 5 game sweep of the New York Yankees.
