Overall Career
Signed by the Dodgers in 1978, Sax toiled in LA's farm system before appearing with the big club briefly in 1982 and 1983, going hitless in 10 at-bats. He hit .306 (11-for-36) in limited action for Boston in 1985 and .455 (5-for-11) in 1986. Sax last saw action in the majors in 1987. In five-seasons, he hit .267/.297/.383 with 1 home run and 8 RBI.
