Overall Career
Daniel Curren Clark was born on January 18, 1894, in Meridian, Mississippi. Clark was 28 years old when he broke into the big leagues on April 12, 1922, with the Detroit Tigers.
Clark had a 3-year career as an infielder. In 245 games he batted .277 with 5 HR and 93 RBI. He played with the 1927 World Champions St. Louis Cardinals, Brooklyn, Baltimore and teams in the Texas and Three-Eye Leagues. After his playing days, he was an oil dealer.
