Kurt Moritz Casey Hageman (born May 12, 1887 in Mount Oliver, Pennsylvania) was a right-handed pitcher that played for the Boston Red Sox in 1911 and 1912. Hageman also played for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs.
