Kurt Moritz Casey Hageman (born May 12, 1887 in Mount Oliver, Pennsylvania) was a right-handed pitcher that played for the Boston Red Sox in 1911 and 1912. Hageman also played for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs.
In three major league seaons, Hageman finished with a 3-7 record with 1 save and a 3.07 ERA in 120.1 innings.
